About Joe Abraham
Joe started his first company Cornerstone at age 23. It started off as a wellness product distribution company. He looked up one day and that little startup had distribution outlets in the US, UK, Europe, South America and the Pacific Rim. Along the way, Cornerstone had started to rep products for half-a-dozen other product developers. Joe sold his stake in that company in 2004.
In 1999 (when he still owned Cornerstone), he was recruited to run a SaaS startup in Chicago. Within 18 months, that venture had growing to over 18,000 paying users and over $5 million in aggregate revenue. Month 19 wasn’t so pretty though. A series of disagreements between the company owners led to a tailspin that Joe and his team could not control. Joe left the company to start his next venture and the SaaS venture failed shortly thereafter. The fallout of that failure haunted (and cost) him for the next 5 years.
By 2008, Joe had been involved as a co-founder, executive or advisor in the startup and growth of over 10 companies.
