Have you ever wondered how a business with several hundred thousand dollars in revenue got off the ground?
Today’s guest is Chris Hefley. Chris is the CEO and co-founder of LeanKit, a company that builds software that enables people to work better together. Their clients include NBC-gUnversal, Rolls-Royce, Spotify, HCA and Salesforce.com.
I am going to talk with Chris about the tactics he used to get his business off the ground including how he landed his first client and hired his first employee.
Chris earned a degree in Computer Science from MTSU and went on to become a leader in the .Net developer and Agile developer communities in Nashville, holding positions as Lead Developer for HCA Supply Chain and Development Process Architect at IMI Health. He’s also a recognized thought leader in the global Lean/Kanban community and was a nominee for the Lean Software & Systems Consortium’s “Brickell Key” award in 2011.
