Have you ever wondered how to go about launching your business?
Today’s guest is Tasha Ross. Tasha is the co-owner of FiddleCakes, a bakery/café concept she opened with a partner over two and a half years ago.
Today I am going to talk with Tasha about the tactics she used to launch both her first and second locations.
Tasha Ross is currently working on launching a bakery concept in the Nashville Area. Tasha received her MBA from the Vanderbilt Owen Graduate School of Management with a concentration in Human & Organizational Performance. During her tenure at Owen, she chaired the first Vanderbilt Women’s Networking Conference, the Second-Hand Learning portion of the Leadership Development Program, and served as the 2007-2008 President of the Women’s Business Association. Tasha earned her B.A. in Organizational Management and Economics from Scripps College. She has worked for Deloitte Consulting in their Human Capital Practice as a Summer Associate, Astellas Pharma US as a Professional Sales Representative, and Vector Marketing Corporation as a Branch Manager.
